Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Due to COVID-19, the time can be extended by 3-5 days. Delivery Details can be found by clicking on the ShippingPolicy
Free shipping: We will use the local courier supported.
Express: We will use USPS, DHL and FedEx.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed. However, due to unusually long processing times related to COVID-19, we now allow you to cancel your order if it has not yet been assigned a tracking number.
If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out and we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
